lei_chen 0 Posted April 26, 2001 Just wanted to show what an old Agfa Isolette(cheap medium format) can do. I lugged it along instead of an MF SLR. Film was Ilford FP4+. Hand held at 1/50 and f16. Anyone else with pictures taken with these oldies and cheapies? Quote Link to comment
papoanaya 0 Posted April 26, 2001 Hello: Castillo San Cristobal (note spelling) it is not the same as San Felipe del Morro. It looks like El Morro to me. Oh well, it has been a while since I left Puerto Rico. It looks good, better than the typical guardpost you see in brochures. Although a photo of the dungeons would've been cool :). markrupert 0 Posted April 26, 2001 The composition would work better for me as a vertical (emphasizing the depth) or, alternatively, moving the receding doorways off to one side or another. Mark Quote Link to comment
tom_menegatos 0 Posted April 27, 2001 You've lined up the doors nicely but the cropping seems very unbalanced. I would prefer for it to be cropped evenly around the door just so that it looks like the outside of the image was the next door. Quote Link to comment
kkwan 0 Posted April 28, 2001 Nice idea. The composition works well here and gave great depth. This scene might be made more interesting if there is something in the foreground, or a person in the distance. Please kindly comment when rating photos. Quote Link to comment
elaine_roberts1 0 Posted April 28, 2001 Very intense, striking photo. I would crop it a little on the left, though, to put the arch dead center, and try to straighten the floorline. Very nice shot though. Quote Link to comment
