Nice smile. Nice summer feel. Did you realize the silver ornament behind her makes a halo? This might be one where a wider aperture to blur more of the background may have improved a good photo.

Thanks M. for the tip.  I could not do it easily with my P&S but I could have done it in post process.  I'll give it a try.  And yes, the halo was intentional.

The picture that you have posted is sooo... sweet and verryyy......cute ! It really reminds me of my friend who lived near by our house......in her childhood........my desire of becoming a photographer will increase if I watch this type of pictures, really speaking from my heart :)
