Manequin or model - that's what this picture leaves me wodering. If it's a manequin it's disturbingly life-like. If it's a person then they've come across as slightly waxen. I think the sheen around the nose and on the cheek contributes to this effect. If your aim was to cause the viewer to wonder, then you have been tremendously successful. If, on the other hand, this is a portrait of a fabulously beautiful girl, I think you owe it to her to render her a little more lifelike. Get rid of the shine and consider introducing a little colour - especially to her eyes and lips. Just my opinion, of course. Technically its a great piece.

When i saw the photo on the screen, i felt that it looked plastic.... But since i am still very inexperienced in post porcessing i didnt quit well how to make it look less wax like you say. On the other hand i was also facinated by the photo and felt that it gave me mixed feelings while looking at it, so i decided to leave it like this since my pp would probably not make it better. I will for sure try to follow ur suggestions. Highly appreciated Graham that you took the time to comment.
