a.k.  a really beautiful image with both good definition and also color.  am guessing flower might be a white magnolia but not really sure.  image presents very well, and a real pleasure to view.  nice work.

This kind of reminds me of Georgia O'Keefe's work. It's a highly charged, very sensual (or should I say sexual) image. Nice work as always, Amal.

I agree, a fine composition.  The low contrast but directional light allows details to be revealed throughout with no blown highlights while still giving shape to the various elements.  These petals are so delicate in tone that even a slight increase in contrast would be likely to destroy the fine details there.  Excellent offering.  Best, LM.
