I really love the image and would rate it a 6 as-is.  I do think that the strength is not in the foreground, and perhaps an even tighter edit might benefit you even more.

I am going to try to upload a 1x2 crop - see what you think.

Thanks Brad for explaining showing your suggestion. I thought of a that crop initially, but somehow voided that idea. May be because of leaving it to 16:9 format. Anyways the crop you showed, of course strengthens the scene more. I personally like little warmer tone.
