Hello Max,

This is a stunningly sharp photo, wonderful composition, and a great action shot.  The overall exposure is dead on, preserving the detail in the head and tail areas. 

It looks, at least on my monitor, as though in post processing you overdid the shadows slider, or tried too hard to get detail in the under-wing areas, because there is a lot of noise in the areas under the wings, especially under the bird's right (lower) wing. I know that's a temptation to bring out the detail there, but a hint of detail with low noise is better than lots of detail with too much noise.  I suggest toning that back just a bit.  If you have LR 4.1 or ACR 7 or above, you could use the adjustment brush and add a bit of noise control just in those areas too.

Other than that, this is a terrific photo.  Very well done.  I wish I could get action shots like this, but eagles are few and far between in my neck of the woods.
