I'm afraid this doesn't really work for me. I think the horizon is too high and the reflection on the water needs to be a bit more to the right.

Bring one of the ships back. It seems to need something in the foreground.

I agree with harvey. This would be much better if it were a picture of something completely different. Maybe a flower?
