countrylapi 0 Posted June 14, 2012 Actually, I probably would have done the same thing as far as lightening. If you lighten the image overall any more, you loose your sky. Actually, I'd be interested to see the image with decreased shadows. It would make the Head pop, and that's most important, along with those wing tips on this one. When you boost shadows, especially on dark colored areas, it gets a little noisy. So I would do some testing in noise reduction to see how this comes out. But I really think I would like the shot better darker to show the setting (or rising) sunon the left side of the head and right wing. Not to take anything from the photo, cause either way it's a fantastic shot. Link to comment
