I always have a problem trying to define whether an image is a "soft-focus" image, or just out of focus. Unfortunately with this one, I'm still not sure.

I would have liked to see more clarity in the eyes and the bright background lighting is a distraction for me.

The young girl is very pretty and I love the innocence you have captured.

Everything that needed to be said has been said.  I am uploading my version of your image for your consideration.  I removed some of the yellow-green color cast and dodged her eyes a bit.  You have a very pleasant portrait here.  Good luck.
