After a concert at my church (approx 10 pm) I was walking back to where my car was parked and managed to grab this with my Sony HX7V point and shoot.

Great catch for a point and shoot....or just period!  The rain is evident by the high reflection, and I love how the road seems to curve or take off in a different direction at the top of the image.  The cobbled street in the front adds interest to fill the space as well.  Nicely done!

I appreciate your visit and constructive comments.  I had read an article about a wet night in a city about two years ago and thought I would go for a couple of shots. I should have done more but time was of the essence. For what it is worth here is info about the concert I attended since you are a musician:

Mozart -The Complete Viola Quintets I. Apparently he was very fond of the viola.

Mozart is my favorite composer hands down.  I've performed a couple of the viola quintets...can't remember which K numbers off hand though.  The Mozart clarinet quintet is one of the most perfect pieces ever written IMO.  Thanks for sharing info about that festival....I didn't know about it.
