Everyone who has seen this has commented that I made her look like an elephant. I am not so sure.

Feedback appreciated.

I must say two things. First, it does have an elephantine look to it, Second, it is one hell pod a picture. Well thought out and beautifully executed.

VERY creative my friend.  However, I do not feel that she looks elephantine.  She could however be an amazingly beautiful proboscis monkey that has been mostly depilliated.

This certainly is an outstanding image, 'Gallery Worthy' at the least.

no doubt its a unique presentation of an otherwise common image. I like that you have created this Dave and yes it does present an animal like perception but within that there's scope for interpretation, and that's what i like most about it. nice work

Yes, it does have an elephant trunk look but I like the photograph. It is unique which is tough to come up with. I am quite impressed at how symmetrical the patter is. Well done, David and your willing model.

Very interesting, it reminds me of one of those Hieronymus Bosch figures, half human, half...elephant? Or ant eater? Or ...

Owen, Not so much well thought out as inspired on the day. Thanks a lot. I do like it myself.

Pierre, Thanks for the look and comment.

Dave, Poor girl! She asked me to photograph her an now everyone is saying she looks like an elephant or a monkey. Thanks a lot.

Art, It is good to try new things. I am very happy with the way this has been received.

Mark, Where would we be without willing models? I am glad you like it.

Ruud, Thanks!

Gary, Props are my middle name. Unfortunately they were the model's props. Thanks a lot.

Alex, I have to admit, I had to look for Hieronymus Bosch on the internet. I think I know where you are coming from. Thank you.
