Colors, sharpness and control of DOF are outstanding.

This one reminds me of an elderly man I sometimes see walking around town wearing big earphones with an antenna. The resemblence isn't perfect, though. I think the old man's exoskeleton is more toward lavender.

 

Seriously, the detail is superb -- a tribute to the G3 and the hand that guides it.

Nice dynamic pose/comp, great rich colours and superb detail (especially when viewed large - I love the eyeball texture and antenna) combine here to make a captivating image Mark. Might have prefered slightly more DOF to get the foreground legs sharper and possibly just marginally more space at the bottom but great regardless.
