Brad:  Welcome back.  You live an a really nice part of the country so I hope to see more of your pictures.  I like this picture..  I think some black shadows and contrast might make it "pop" a little.  Nice shot.  Alan.

this is a well balanced composition, with a good combination of colors, but it could use some adjustment of the levels / deepening of the "blacks", to make the colors really "pop".

Thanks for the kind and helpful critiques. I am attempting to make the blacks a bit deeper and add some contrast. The trouble I'm running into is that the background needs more of this treatment than the trees in the foreground. I attempting to resolve this by masking the trees in Lightroom. I will post results when I can.  Thanks again!
