Good capture and composition. I love to photograph graffiti and am always amazed with how artful it can be.

With this my thought is to perhaps contrast the the background more with the child, as the colors in her outfit and the colors on the wall almost are identical and she blends in quite a bit. I had to really look to separate her from the wall itself. Maybe that was on purpose?

Not really a (initial) purpose but I have two similar pictures and the second has much more contrast and another color palette than the children. But that one were the subject is blend with background I like't more.

Also, thank you Radu for the "attitude" observation! As father... you know ;)

And Thomas, I admire your attraction to graffiti because I also I am amazed how this art form is manifested. Sometimes I'd also wish to stick a picture on some wall.

Regards,

DanS

I don't crop anything from original: is exactly what I "see" at 28 mm (min on that lens) from the maximum distance I'm was able to shoot. "Subject" position and (mine) composition was dictate the background "crop".
