Jason,

Nice job catching the motion of this beautiful bird (take off?).  Very nice lighting and you did a perfect job on the exposure.  Background is beautiful.  The slight wing blur looks good to me, since there is bird motion in the shot.  Assuming you are cropping I would have given a little more space on the left side and the top.  Very nice, congratulations.
