Your posting here gives me food for thought, and I wondered why you did not include the full reflection? The colouring I felt was rather bland, however when I downloaded the image to PSE, I recieved a lighter version which, for me, had more appeal.

With a touch of sharpening and a clean up of surrounding "spicks and specs", your capture has the makings of a fine image.

My personal preference is to see wildlife in their natural habitat and "close-cropped" images rob me of that viewpoint... as I said, a personal taste.

Anyway, I hope my views and image alteration are of some help.
