I like the idea but...

I think it's all too symetrical, too balanced out; she's right in the middle, flanked by two equidistant light blue torsos.

I also think the right half isn't blurred enough, it doesn't separate itself form the left side enough.

The line dividing the two photos (beside her right arm) is too obvious.

But I like this kind of photo.

I like the symmetry. The flamboyant red is a welcome contrast from the more conservative pedestrians on either side, and as such, should be "in your face". Besides, if she moved to either side, your attention would go racing down the center of the street! I like the fact that her sweater acts as stand-in for her cropped out head, but I'd also like to see the shot with her head included. The only aspect that troubles me is her right hand, which is somewhat formless in comparison to her right.
