Winter at the Lake

My attempt to capture the cold yet peaceful mood of my afternoon walk in

Germany in winter. Comments welcome.

And its a successful attempt. The mist hanging near the branches is what I think achieves the atmosphere along with the cool colors.  Maybe a slight reduction in the FG water but thats really nit-picking a fine image. Good work.

It's a simple almost monotone photo, but it captures the mood of the scene perfectly. I can "feel" the mist. Nicely done. :)

Beautiful mood well captured. The wake left by the duck breaks the monotony of the water and provides a sense of life in this peaceful composition.   Nicely done - michel
