First attempt using a Lumiquest LTP softbox. Personally, I'm very satisfied

with the result.

I like the texturing and softness of this shot. On my monitor the central orchid seem a bit bright or over exposed so you lose some of the detail and color. The top petal almost gets lost in the background. This could just be my monitor. Nice basic composition. - Charles

Thanks for taking the time to comment Charles - appreciated. The colors of the orchid themselves are actually quite muted. I didn't saturate them any more. As to exposure, on my monitor it looks fine, the top petal being quite separate from the background - no blown highlights thankfully. But then again, monitors are monitors and maybe mine is set darker... :)
