The sky is too bright.  An ND grad on an angle with the top of the cliff would have been useful here.

I presume that is lifting fog in the upper left portion of the frame, and that can create a challenging situation for getting a good exposure.  It is very bright and featureless, and those two attributes usually detract from a photograph.  Perhaps it might have worked better earlier before the fog started to lift or before the sun was this high in the sky.
