lintrathen 15 Posted April 1, 2012 You have captured good definition in the plumage, supported by a lovely muted background.......... well done.I would have loved to see an eye highlight...... just to lift the head a little.I'm not sure that the square frame works here though, the Warbler seems a little "squashed" to me.Good capture though................Regards Link to comment
dhauschild 27 Posted April 1, 2012 I have to agree I am not very happy with the crop, I must of been thinking in the box. This guy was a most uncooperative subject. I took several shots, none of them great. Oh yes, he would turn his head, but never in a position for an atractive shot.. Don Link to comment

philrichardson 6 Posted April 2, 2012 Hi Don, I think it is great that you are able to identify birds when you travel. I love this close up of the bird, great feather detail and it shows the coloring well. Would like to see the eye a little brighter and the top is a little tight, but don't know if you had more image above. I understand you said the bird didn't cooperate. You ended up with a great shot anyway! Link to comment
