I like your composition very much -- the large shrub in the foreground is really a strong element, and it has a hint of light on it that is very appealing.  I think the sky is overexposed, and that was necessary to get enough light in the foreground in a single exposure.  Your camera just isn't able to see like your eyes see this scene.  This is where a graduated neutral density filter would be handy, or some people opt to do blending of two (or more) photos that have different shutter speeds and therefore different exposures (one exposure for the shadow area and another / other exposures for the highlights.  A quicker method (but harder on pixels) with a single exposure is to make a layer that has been darkened to make the sky look better, and then blend the original photo in one layer with the newly darkened layer by using the gradient tool.  That will bring out more detail and color in the sky.  I tried that in the attachment, and it was just a guess on my part as to what the sky looked like when you were there (note:  I only adjusted the brightness of the sky; I didn't do anything else).

Thanks Gaetan and Anis, just happend to come by this field at Sunrise and stopped to take a few photos.

Thanks Stephen for taking the time and adjusting the light in the sky.  I did use a filter on this but I suppose it was not dark enough.  I prefere to use filters rather than do the HDR so I best experiment with different ones...Thank again for taking the time to critique my photo.
