The soft tones gives a tranquil and pleasant feel to it. Panoramas are often difficult to compose, and that is my issue with this photo too.

The left and right side are competing for the attention. The fisherman? is occupied with his boat, and is looking to the left, keeping my eyes there instead of being led to the right  to the sunbeam in between the boats.

Perhaps a tight left crop could reduce this effect. nonetheless.. a beautiful image to look at.

It is a very nice landscape, and one with which I'm not familiar (I lived for 2 years in the Philippines, and I never saw this being done to the boats).  I don't have a problem with the composition, but I think this is overexposed and as a result much of the color saturation is reduced.  I tried decreasing the brightness throughout as well as a gradient blend of a layer with the sky and water darkened, and I really liked both results.
