Really nice capture. The monochrome works well given the tonal range. I especially like the light on the top tassel on his hat.

Great subject! The tones are beautiful and the B&W works very well. I like how you have retained lots of detail in the face. A bonus, for me, is the reflections in the sunglasses. Great image.
