enrico_pocopagni1 0 Posted June 20, 2003 I wonder if road to the left would be better laying on the lower side of the frame, starting in the lower left corner. Saturation of colors is impressive but yet natural. Link to comment
jorge 0 Posted June 20, 2003 Beautiful view! I envy the lovely day you must have enjoyed. I also tend to agree that a different placement of the road might have improved the composition. I tried to move the road into the frame without much success but a vantage point on the other side of the road would have given you a more aggressive diagonal and placed the vanishing point closer to the center. A more pleasing composition, albeit more jaded, IMHO. Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted June 20, 2003 Certainly, Jorge and Marina, you are right but, unfortunately, in nature you have to make do with what you have. In this case the trench to the left is the bank of a river... No use at all fr my/your purposes! I tried but...! Link to comment
robert goldstein 0 Posted June 20, 2003 I like this very much, although the colors seem a bit too pumped up. However, that is evidently what you wanted. Link to comment
vishwa 0 Posted June 21, 2003 a very striking image, Alberto. I see a wee bit of horizon tilt, otherwise very good. Link to comment
richard blount 0 Posted June 21, 2003 This is a beautiful picture Alberto, the composition is perfect and you did well with the road. I like the bright, rich colours and the overall qualitly of light and open expanse that it creates - Richard. Link to comment
Link to comment
trevor_hopkins 0 Posted June 22, 2003 The composition lacks any strong features apart from the colours, which appear over-cooked. Link to comment
Link to comment
jose morales 0 Posted June 22, 2003 Fenomenal, the colors are impressive and the sky is remarkable Link to comment
Link to comment
vincetylor 0 Posted June 23, 2003 Love the colors and the composition with the road works fine with me. I noticed you switched from Velvia to the Kodak.....any thoughts you can share?? Well captured...."cooked" colors and all. ....(my man Trev)! Link to comment
jo_o_matos 0 Posted June 23, 2003 excellent, i only wish the plant in the right side wasn't there. I love landscapes, and i will portrait Portugal. I would like your opinion Link to comment
