Hi Ian,

Technicality this is well shot using the 105mm lens setting at F/5 (F/5.6). 

Using a good lens should produce good results as shown here.

The post processing (I have seen both versions) is much more a personal preference as to what you want to produce and when you want to stop working with an image.

What a vibrant capture Ian. She is lovely, your detail is great, her makeup is very well done. Lovely 'icy' eyes. From your other portraits as well I can see that you certainly do 'top notch' work.

This is beautifull to and my favorite of the two versions, to me it's more lively.

Great photo and post processing work.  Those eyes are mesmerizing.  For me, a touch less forehead would be good.  What do you think?

Yes I agree itr would work, I just wanted to keep the fold in the veil on the upper left of the image. I have just done a letterbox of the eyes, which I believe is a strong crop. Please let me know what you think.
