Another beautiful, "clean" looking image Gail. You have processed this just right and given the image a delicate beauty to go with the way you feel abut the flower. Nicely done. In terms of composition I might have placed the flower a tad lower rather than dead centre, just an opinion

Lovely image

All my best,   Bill

Wonderful image in all respect, dear Gail...lovely colors, light and composition...something more is there, which impresses us, which attracts us and keeps us busy in seeing every point of image, which takes us to a different world with its tranquility and magic...my best

Gail, Nature always balances Her creations and you have the faculty to observe & capture her creations. Beautiful rendition.

Love the colors and balance. Hard to say about cropping; more space to a more open feeling or crop to intensify the subject...

Maybe just some shading on the top, bottom and brighter areas would do the same thing.

The busy bg is a bit distracting, maybe a bit of lens blur would mitigate that.

A beautiful shot as is though.

Good image and composition of an interesting and rare flower, and thanks for your detailed and helpful comments. I like flowers and I am always trying to learn their names in books and on the internet in different languages. Yet their beauty is universal. Perhaps a thinner and darker frame would be more effective. Thanks for sharing. Dara

I don't see some special kind of art here but the usual detail from the beautiful nature and I respect it!

Best regards Gail!
