Really nice composition.  Soon there will be small lights on the water far from shore in the black of night.

The water and the sky have beautiful colors, but in my opinion the fishermen are too dark. Why not try to lighten the fishermen so more details show up in thi part of the picture. It has great potential. Best regards Per.

It is perfectly OK and oftenly recommended to hide all details in the subject when you chose to do a "contre-jour" - against the light shot -. 

It's an artistic decision. And I find that it fits very well here. Maybe I would have put more space at the right of the last fisherman.

Great shot and the fact that the fishermen lack detail helps the shot as it does not distract from the sunset landscape. I think this works reallt well. Best wishes William
