This image tells a story. Mother is irritated. I think because of the uncertaincy of her daughter. It is like she is saying: 'don't bother me, be satisfied'.

I am thinking the young girl is uncertain if the contents of the bag are exactly what she wanted, the older lady is saying 'live with it'
