A pleasant enough image but I did find the blue-magenta color cast distracting.  I am uploading a version of your image with the cast removed for your consideration.

Technically well executed, but your subject does not appear relaxed.  You should be able to get your subject to relax and enjoy the photo shoot.

Yeah, I agree with several others....she has the look of someone who has been asked to stand there while her picture is being taken.  Lots of color and interest in her clothing.  I think John's edit has greatly improved the background -- it enables her to stand out more from that background.
