Christal1664882414 0 Posted March 13, 2012 I've been reading that solar activity is creating an unusually good display of Northern Lights. Is this true where you are? My daughter recently moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and she hasn't seen them yet. This image is a bit unusual without the green coloration, but equally as beautiful. Thanks for bringing us all of these spectacular shots! Link to comment
eau1 0 Posted March 14, 2012 Yep, thats true about the activity. It is however, depending on the weather as well. We missed the latest outburst in Tromso, due to snow and cloudy weather. This is from the last time in January. The aurora changes color after strength green, blue, yellow, red and white. and various shades inbetween. Link to comment
