Have to disagree about the skin tones. There's some strange yellow coloration on her forehead and her nose, near her left (our right) eye. Actually theto coloration is all over the place. Personally, I feel that her  skin needs some retouching to hide blemishes as well.

Taking a closer look, it appears that it's a case of makeup not applied evenly. 

I see quiet reflection, or mild dejection, or mild hurt, but I don't see concentration.  I like that about photography.
