Nice scene with a good mood. I would try it sephia toned too.

Natural soft light well caught in a beautifully framed scenery. No more contrast is necessary, although maybe I would try to crop the lower part a little bit more. Outstanding, anyway. I really like the boats and their reflections.

This appears to be a flooded park. But one has to look carefully to see it isn't a pic of a lake. So the photo does not clearly tell the story of a flood. The structure on the left has a comanding form. It should be either cropped in or cropped out. The boats are the most interesting element to my eye and they should be placed on the intersection of 1/3s to capture the eye. The should not be in the vertical center. It makes the phot seem to static.
