Fantastic shot Jeffrey. The stones in the foreground, the star effect of the sun, the rocky background and silky water in the middle form great composition. The colors are also remarkable. An easy 7 from me. 

Nice capture Jeffrey!  The colors are great and the lighting is terrific.  Good job of capturing the sun without having it take over the frame.  I especially like the contrast between the smooth rocks in the foreground and the jagged ones.  The blur on the water flow is just right.  Nick
