This is one of the few stylized post-processing effects that I like because her hair, eye and lip color appear believable to me.  The main light and fill light add a soft, three dimensional depth to her facial features.  It is easy for this effect to produce a blasted quality but here it has added contrast and projected her strongest facial features at the viewer.  I am not sure about the clothing color or the crop so I am uploading four possibilities.  Her face has all the impact that this image requires to score well and, in my opinion, I would change the red sweater to some other color.  Nice job as is, too!
