From the ongoing series "Est Deus In Nobis"

What do you think?

I can't make out what each object is in this series (one looks like a floating potato), but I believe the other photos feature objects rising from their expected environment, whereas this eggbeater appears to have wandered into the bedroom. I don't mind that, but it strikes me as very odd in relation to the rest of the series. Is this piece the punctuation of a point I've missed?

Running the risk of sounding very "artistic" as well as cryptic I have to say: What are the expected environment for any given object? Doesn't the unexpected tickle the brain? Isn't predictability is the death of any picture?

The series in in no way complete and this is not all of the pictures in it. They where shot for an exibithion I had two years ago. I must confess they made more sense hanging in the gallery then they do here.

P.S. The potato is a stone.
