Nice image, it sure looks like a storm, congrats for being there under that weather taking pictures. I think that overall you have a strong image that could be improved.

First Your horizon line is tilting to one side and that was the first thing that caught my eye.

Second As everyone knows rules are meant to be broken... If you have a vision or reason behind it, (this is my take on it as others might not agree) your foreground is interesting, so is a dramatic sky, but I think you should decide what is most important or has more visual weight and go for it. Here your horizon line is pretty much in the middle ( my take ) I would have gone for a lot more sky. Getting ride of the yellow pole sticking in the foreground and starting the image close to were the blue wall begins therefore placing your horizon line on the bottom third.

Last a bit more contrast on the sky to add drama is always nice.

PS I just did a quick retouch to your image ( I hope you don't mind) I'll delete it right away if you do but I think this will kind of wive you the idea of what I meant.
