Good serene scene.Somehow your choice of the panoramic crop and the blue hue seem to have further enhanced the peacefulness of the place being enjoyed by the birds but also by anybody near this place I am sure.Bravo for an excellent image.

Thanks Laurent.  Yeah, the original photo was obviously cropped as a 4x5 and didn't have anywhere close to this hue, but as I was looking at it, my memory of that morning was one of cold and calm, and so I felt this crop and tone better conveyed how I felt at the time.  One day I'll learn the skills to achieve this in-camera with filters. :-)
