Photo full of human presence! A bit more of catchlight in the eyes would make it just plainly superb portrait!

That's a sincere and touching portrait, and this is precious qualities.

Then:

- I don't really like the comp, with a wide empty space behind the model, and I would suggest a square crop;

- the focus seems to be on the right eyebrow rather than on the eye. That, combined with rather flat tones on the face, give an image a bit too smooth.

Personnal opinions, of course, and constructive critics for a good as-it-is portrait.
