A pretty remarkable shot, this. My only quibble would be that I think you need to raise the values in the face and eyes, just a bit.

The photo makes a statement.i am not sure if i like the crop? The individual seems floating in an empty space. i would make it tighter... just  a thought.. thank you from MOSCOW
