how do you evaluate it ?

I'm sorry to say that your photograph has several basic issues. Hopefully this CC will help yo avoid those problems in the future. 

I'm assuming that your subject is the stream moving through the middle of the photograph, yet it just seems to end in that dark area, which I'm assuming is under a bridge. Having the stream moving off photo by varying the steams angle would have added interest. 

The foreground has those out of focus branches which are distracting to the viewer, and detract from the overall image. 

There is a major tilt issue of high right to low left. Just the fact that the stream is tilted should have alerted you to that problem. 

The shallow DOF forces ones eye back towards those branches once again.

I really appreciate the time you spent and also the comments.I am much happier than you can imagine.

The intention of contributing here is to be guided and corrected. in fact this picture is almost is chosen from my earlier photos many years ago.

I do my best to remove such issues for next one.
