7 Pools Waterfalls, Maui

vincetylor

www.hawaiianphotos.net/mauiphotos.htmThis place is called the 7 sacred pools of Oheo, at the end of the Road to Hana on Maui. I watched many crazy people jump off of the bridge into the tiny pool below it. Normally the pools here are filled with people, yet I was fortunate to catch a few like this without anybody around. Your thoughts and opinions are always welcome and appreciated. www.hawaiianphotos.netwww.hawaiianphotos.net/Kauaitours.htm

Nah, he's still young....he'll cope well! Plus it will teach him a thing or two. Nice portrait of you Bobby. I have more in mind in the future with it, since my bullet hole portrait. Is Ken ok since returning from the mall???

Now I see why photo.net is being so slow lately, it's you guys filling the site with your......... ***funny*** comments. Of course everyone in the world is clicking and clicking to read what's going on next, and they had to remove the picture database already!

Oh, Ken, I pity the poor 13 year old! I can see you pulling him all over the mall: "now I want to see the camera shop! Now we are going to stop at the printing laboratory! Now I'm taking you to the amazing photography bookstore! Now wait here, I got to buy some more eggs!"

Poor little guy :)

The light isn't optimal, nr is the sky, and the top half of the image could be darened a little, but it's still a nice shot. Regards.

I love the lighting from the overcast day and the little grey of the overcast sky itself, lighting is balanced nicely throughout the whole image. The overcastness reminds me of how the vivid green of the usually overcast West Coast of NZ is...still pops at you even though the sun is undercover and all.
