Kuber,

Your exposure and depth of field are perfect, so I will comment upon your composition.  If I keep track of where my eyes look, I start looking at his face.  I move down and  examine his garments, his hat on the top of his head, the out of focus distant background objects and then back to his face.  If I took a crayon and drew the path of where my eyes wandered, I would draw no marks on the left, behind his back.  That means that the far left is doing nothing for your composition.  

 His face is obviously the strong point of the composition.  There is an old rule that says that if you put the strong point in the center you decrease its visual interest: "Dead center is dead!"  If you were to crop out the left, say through the white posts and perhaps removed a little bit of the lower picture you would move his face into a powerful compositional position (rule of thirds) and also "give the side looking eyes space to look through."
