The background is to strong for my taste and the eyes goes right on it and then on beautiful smile of girl.

I really like this portrait -  dressed so pretty with that red bow. With respect to the previous comment, I like most of the background except for the parts that are brightly lit because they attract my eyes and away from your main subject. A fine shot. I played with it using photoshop CS5 which has a 'content-aware' feature which makes it very easy to delete and replace the area deleted based on the surrounding area.
