You've caught it at a great time of day. The lighting is nice. I think darkening the sky could add even more drama to the shot. I also think there's a better shot hidden in the details here... maybe cropping tight on the left edge of the dish, to include the interesting arch of the steel, plus including to the bottom of the frame to show how high the dish is suspended above the ground? Sometimes the best way to shoot something is to get just a part of it, the essence of it, and leave the rest to the viewer's imagination.
