Good image which could be improved simply by a different crop.A little off the top to eliminate the powerline and take out some of the modernity and a little more room at the bottom to include the feet of this young worker.Otherwise,good clear take with full eye contact like you want in this type of photo.Hope this is helpful.

Thanks for the comments. I agree that the power cables are a bit of distraction. The cropping is done a bit but not at the bottom. Its taken while traveling in the hills and there was hardly any time. I thought the cable lines would give the 'road look' more natural.
