The eyes catch you and then you are taken down the nose to her lips, which point right back to the eyes and her hat keep bringing your eyes back to hers.  Beautiful capture and angle.  I'm glad you went with b/w too.

The only suggestion I can give (and it might not be appropriate for the situation you were in), I would have brought her hair out from her lapel and situated it so that it also directed the eyes back up to the lips.

un ritratto bellissimo e spiazzante al tempo stesso. Le alte luci sono al limite,la ripresa dal basso guida lo sguardo alle labbra e poi agli occhi che ci coinvolgono e superano in un ineffabile istante. Quasi mistico.
