Javed,

What I like about this:  It is indeed a heavenly smile, with just the twinkle of impishness in the right eye (picture left)  I like the light coming from the side and the use of depth of field to blur the background.

What I would suggest could be changed:  Using a horizontal format you end up with lots of space on both sides - using a vertical (portrait) format would help this by concentrating the viewer's gaze more on the subject.  It can also give the sense of being closer to the subject.
