roberto4 0 Posted June 5, 2003 Here I used 3 RGB Layer to manipulate the color. The result is different from my intention but ....??? Link to comment
peta 0 Posted June 6, 2003 Robert that is a great effect whatever you did. Like it a lot. It certainly gives it an interesting atmosphere. Link to comment
karen_siebert 0 Posted June 6, 2003 Not sure what you intended Robert, but this is OUTSTANDING!!! I just got an infrared filter, but have not had a change to use it yet. I would love to talk with you a bit more about how you created this masterpiece in PS. Composition, light and color is absolutely wonderful. You have outdone yourself! Link to comment
marina_bisi 0 Posted June 6, 2003 I really love this one! The other pic with this same subject is nice too, but to my tastes is a little too "fairy-like"... while this one is simple stunning! Compliments! Link to comment
richard blount 0 Posted June 6, 2003 Hi Robert, if I had only seen this one I would be amazed, but the other version is more to my taste, however this is an excellent image and rightly deserves a rating and comment. The very dark water is wonderful and the composition awesome, I just feel the building on the right is a little lost in the trees - Richard. Link to comment
lee_do 0 Posted June 6, 2003 you caused me tremendous pain, Robert .. my camera is in the shop and my regular computer is being upgraded .. pictures like this make me want to go out there and do a 2-year camping trip to wherever .. but i will rise once the camera fixing god smiles upon me once more and slaps me in the face with the bill .. this is tremendous shot and while i do think that this effect is simply fabulous, i think it would have been an outstanding piece of photography without it as well .. l.d. chong shi hou 0 Posted June 7, 2003 ok, this is your b&w version. Equally impressive as the semi-false color version. Great !!! ;) Link to comment
mg 0 Posted June 19, 2003 Ah no ! I liked the other version of this image, but here I just can't cope with the colors and the digital framing. How does a metallic look possibly work on such a romantic subject ? To me, aesthetics are the art of matching a form with a content. That's where this fails for me. Respectfully. MG. Link to comment
roberto4 0 Posted June 19, 2003 people are different. For you and some others the monochrome version doesn't work on a romantic object, for others a blue monochrome colors works, may be, mysticall. So that's why I put both version in this experiment. I want to know the different opinions. And evaluating the reactions you belong to a fringe group. ;-) Link to comment
