Just my rather roundabout way of saying this has the look of an old photo. I'm certainly not accusing you of surreptitiously posting your sainted great aunt's kodak moment. It's the period feeling that impressed me This feels as if it could just as well have been taken in 1915 as last year. The subject matter, the processing, the sepia tones and the vignetting all lead to the impression of an image from the past.

Thanks Jack...just checking.  Galveston Island is to the left of this shot.  The movie "My Sweet Charlie" was filmed there in 1968.  Photo taken last summer July '11.  It was a drive by shooting!  Amazing that this place was not blown away in the 2008 storm Ike.
